Trip 3 in #Lafayette , Louisiana is complete! This year we partnered w/ LEDA to do workshops on financing, design / form and a deep dive into due diligence. We combined this w/ a full day of one on ones with projects / people to help them renovate or build new. #deepwork #smallscaledevelopment
