Some VERY good. Some VERY bad. You know, like any other tool.

Good:

• Detection of viruses in an environment
• Locating source points of multi-factor cancers that are otherwise not visible
• Identifying harmful chemicals in disasters

Update: Smart Dust was in the fog all along.

You can pray and do a cleanse to get the toxins out, provided you also have schizophrenia.

Otherwise you have to wear a mask or respirator.
