The other mistake Franklin made was one that a lot of leaders make. Not promoting growth for his close crew members (Leon, Louie). Great leaders know when to let people go so they can do their own thing and people appreciate them for it and stay even more loyal. #snowfallfx

Rewatching #snowfallfx. Franklin made very few mistakes throughout the show. But for the life of me I cannot figure out why he decided to place himself in the middle of Skully and Manboy’s feud. I get that it was slowing up the $ in those neighborhoods but there was very little reward in that one
