Software links purpose with method. It enables everyday tasks to be automated, simplified and easy to understand. Part of the process in creating software requires us to understand purpose of our customers, but also intent. The intent guides us to make decisions such as how flexible input can be, how configurable an element should be and so on. The custom process sounds fancier than it is because we keep it simple. The goal is to buy software once and run it until you no longer need it, or you outgrow it and need modification. Our intent is to ensure longevity and instill resilience for years to come.
