On a concrete walk with an iron railing heading across the river. The railing has metal tubes of varying lengths hung horizontally on the outside of the railing, with shiny chrome handles on the inside of the railing, connected to the tubes. A plaque on the railing reads "Paul Matisse, The Charlestown Bells, 2000." Looking out over the water, just yards away is the Zakim bridge also crossing the water in parallel. We see one of its tall white stanchions with white cables extending down to the bridge from both sides. Past the bridge is the low, wide TD Garden building, and beyond that, a few glass-enclosed skyscrapers punctuate the skyline. A brilliant sun beams in the clear blue sky.
Mission Accomplished: I played the Charlestown Bells!
