While the Assembly is in #SpringRecess, I had the amazing opportunity to catch up with some community groups in #AD78 and let them know all about the great work my team and I are working on up in Sacramento!
Spent part of my afternoon yesterday with BRADY and San Diegans for Gun Violence Prevention to discuss gun violence prevention legislation. We looked at some of the bills that my colleagues have put forward this year and how to support their progress towards a safer California. #SpringRecess

Today, my meetings kicked off with a visit to Universal Music Group where it was focused on hearing about Artists Rights, protecting intellectual property, and how artificial intelligence has been used as a creative tool for artists. #SpringRecess

Next stop was @netflix.com to discuss proposed changes to the film and TV tax credit. As the legislature considers expanding the credit, it was good to learn more about the impacts that the credit has on making movies and shows here in California 🎥 #SpringRecess
