My penultimate #squareday post. It’s still 9/9/2025 in much of the world, a date made up of three square numbers. My 93-year-old mother doesn’t recall any fuss the last time: 25/9/1936. If we miss it this month then that’s it for 91 years!
Today is 4/9/2025 (or 9/4/2025). 4 = 2 squared. 9 = 3 squared. And 2025 = 45 squared. This doesn’t happen often! A couple more times this month then that’s it until the year 2116. Extra bonus points if you’re reading this at 11 minutes to 5pm, ie 16:49! #squareday #math #maths
OK #math Bluesky. We have less than four weeks to tell everyone about #squareday 25/9/2025 (or 9/25/2025) which is our last date for day month and year to be perfect integer squares! Won’t happen again until 1/1/2116 … and I don’t expect to be there to see it. Let’s not miss this opportunity!
