French restaurant menu from Wichita KS. Lunch menu with Poutine. It's made with cheddar cheese not curds. Also has Calamari, salmon and Soft-shell crab.

Y'all from #Canada tell me if it's legal to make #poutine with cheddar cheese and not #curds. Not even French cheese! I thought I actually found a place to get #squeakycheese. This is a French cafe in #Wichita Kansas. 😭
