Page 18 of the Star Boy Origins graphic novel by StarBoyWebcomics posted December 28, 2025. Frame 1: 3 Days, 4 Hours, and 17 Minutes Later... Star Boy is hooked up to a new and bigger machine on a table, which Dwyn is adjusting. “Are you sure this is a good idea?” Star Boy asks. “Of course!” Dwyn says. “It's almost certain to work this time.” Frame 2: “Almost...?” Star boy asks as Dwyn moved over to the switches and dials on the machine. “Alright,” Dwyn says. “Deep breaths. Close the circuit!” Frame 3: Dwyn watches with growing concern as the machine rapidly fills up with star power. Frame 4: Dwyn and Star Boy watch in alarm as energy blasts up from a device on the table, pulling Dwyn's hair upwards in the draft, once the machine is full. “Turning it off!” Dwyn says. Frame 5: Star Boy and Dwyn stare in shock at the audience, then at each other, then upwards. Frame 6: Three very alarmed people stare down at them from the hole in the ceiling. Frame 7: “Don't tell my landlord.” Dwyn says to Star Boy. Frame 8: “...” Dwyn says as she and Star Boy stare blankly at each other. “...” Star Boy replies. “Ha...” Dwyn laughs nervously. “...” Star Boy says. “Ahaha...” Dwyn laughs. Frame 9: “What's funny?” Star boy asks as they both begin to smile. “It didn't blow up!” Dwyn says. “Ha...?” Star Boy says. “It worked!” Dwyn says. “Ahahahaha!” Star Boy joins in, “Haha!” “Hahahahahahaha!”
