Am I the only one who found the options to this question confusing? None of these is consistent with the TS39 "Type Annotations" (aka "Types as Comments") proposal. Erasable types should be _ignored_ (like comments) at runtime.

Looks like #StateOfJS 2024 is out. I always take these with a grain of salt (which is not always easy I admit 😆). But it's still interesting to have a look.
So, some thoughts around the category I'm most interested in 😅
A chart of front-end frameworks by positivity, showing Svelte holding steady between 68% and 72% over six years, moving into first place in 2023 and staying there in 2024.

I love to see that Svelte continues to grow and that it remains the most positively-viewed front-end framework. I think that this is an amazing feat for a small challenger project that invented a new syntax and broke the standard JavaScript workflow.

Just updated the Devographics surveys app to #NextJS 15! Smooth upgrade thanks to codemods. Biggest challenge was #React 19 ref, but we managed to keep running on React-Bootstrap, it's still very well maintained.
