On #WorldKindnessDay today I've done some #bellringing that I originally had planned for an anniversary last month, until my health got in the way. Not to worry, though! And it was lovely to ring #Stedman Triples again after such a long time.

Rang Kent Minor (plain course) at Frenchay tonight, and touch of Stedman Doubles (me affected) both almost perfect without intervention. Particularly pleased with the Stedman, only rung a touch a couple of times. Progress. #Stedman #bellringing
