Blood glucose over three weeks, trending from bad to good.
#Stelo CGM (Constant Glucose Monitoring) helped me bring my Type 2 #diabetes from the bad red zone (>180 mg/dL) to the good green zone (<140 mg/dL). Take-aways: no snacks, no dinner, biking daily. The big spike to 300 mg/dL was playing touch rugby — certain exercises cause spikes, and that's okay.
