The applicant, who was detained in 🇹🇷, because of the pushback, was represented by the Greek Council for Refugees. Congrats! Another case, G.R.J v. 🇬🇷, was found inadmissible, but the Court repeated that illegal pushbacks are a systemic practice. #StopPushBacks

Später konnte @alarmphone.bsky.social sie nicht mehr erreichen, aber ein #Pushback durch Hellenic Coast Guard scheint bestätigt zu sein: Laut TCG haben sie das Boot in türkischen Gewässern abgefangen und die Menschen in die #Türkei zurück gebracht, was kein sicherer Ort für sie ist!
