As if their strings and picks aren’t awesome enough, the people at #Stringjoy are likewise awesome. I emailed them asking the best way to clean dirt and oxide off of my strings, and not only did they recommend using a microfiber cloth to wipe them off, they’re sending me a cloth for free!
Tell ya what... I've never been too picky about strings until I tried out @stringjoy. In a pinch I strung my faithful @martinguitars with another brand... and I cannot express the relief I have now that things have been made right.
