The sufficiency approach to tourism is to live in a place where everything you need is within the range of say, an e-MTB. My region has trout rapids, a nice city and a few of the last natural forests of southern Finland.

Electric cars are a rich-people policy. Most people in the countryside where I live cannot afford a Tesla Model X.
So we have affordable public transport, dedicated cycling lanes and a new district heating plant that has renewable inputs. Electricity is generally cheap in Finland.

The restaurant car has a French flavour and offers also vegan/vegetarian meals. 400 km trip to Helsinki takes 4.5 hours.

Limiting industrial meat consumption is not a radical ask in the modern society.
The amount of meat consumed without daily excercise due to sedentary lifestyles is often too much to begin with.
