For New Year’s Eve this was the finale. Peanut butter cookies with dove chocolate centers. Peace, Joy, Love.

1 cup organic sugar (I cut it back to about 3/4 C)
1 egg
Sprinkle of pie spice or cinnamon or vanilla
Bake 350 12-15 minutes
