A Magnolia Stellata tree in my neighbour’s garden is covered in white star-shaped blooms. The Magnolia stands next to a wood fence and below a large Fir tree in the next garden. Behind the fence, part of a wood frame greenhouse can just be seen. The sky is blue with a few clouds behind the bigger tree. Camera: iPhone 15 Pro
There was a slight frost this morning and another harder one forecast tonight. I fear for the Camellia in my patch and the Magnolias in the neighbouring gardens. After so much mild weather this might be too much for the delicate flowers.
