I felt like I was on the phone with a grifter trying to scam me by paying my out of pocket fees two weeks prior to receiving any services.

Anyway, back to the insurance. #SutterHealth dominates our area. Unfortunately most will not take new patients because they are so full and they no longer accept Hill's patients at their clinics and labs which has posed an inconvenience to the faithfuls and elderly who are used to getting easy,
Recently, #SutterHealth just bought out our local clinic in SoCal that had been around for decades. Now SH has raised treatment prices 30%, hasn’t hired doctors like promised b/c wait times are long for appt.’s, and they won’t honor BlueCross/BlueShield, other companies HMO’s coverage, MediCal too.
Imagine stepping out after your shift to watch majestic gray whales migrating along our pristine coastline. these incredible sightings are becoming a regular part of life for our healthcare team.
