(Trigger Warning: Alcoholism, depression) This is the art piece I've made after the Halloween party in the dormitory during my Erasmus Mobility and I had an idea of painting Fawful, one of my favourite video game villains, as a shot glass in a surrealistic way. "Shots" is about disappointment, being forgotten and all your hard work gone wasted. In this scenario, I've given the context as AlphaDream went bankrupt and no longer going to make Mario & Luigi series, causing Fawful to might not appear ever again. It's also referencing old top 10's about forgotten Mario characters. It also takes a shot to his personality but as he loses his spark. It's sad that we will never see characters like Fawful again in the future but the games he appeared in gave me a nostalgia trip and appreciation for his personality and fucked up things he has done in the games that made him a huge threat. The Characters Fawful, Midbus and Cackletta; The game Paper Mario: Sticker Star is owned by Nintendo. RIP AlphaDream January 12, 2000 - October 1, 2019
