#TX28 was redrawn to favor Republicans in the Rio Grande Valley. Democratic incumbent Henry Cuellar received a pardon from Trump and won re-nomination by a less than impressive 58% in 3-way primary.

Henry Cuellar actually LOST the early vote in Hidalgo County in #TX28:
Ricardo Villareal- 50.2%
Henry Cuellar (Inc)- 44.4%
Andrew Valentine- 5.4%
Just a terrible performance for the longtime incumbent
Webb County, which is about 95 percent Hispanic and located smack dab in Henry Cuellar's #TX28 district has Talarico +34 with 67% of the vote reported so far.

Henry Cuellar only won the early vote in home county of Webb (Laredo) in #TX28 by a 60-35 margin against doctor Ricardo Villareal.
For reference, Cuellar won Webb 68-32 against Jessica Cisneros in 2022
