#TeamJim here all the way, but from what I could tell it's an effort to cram a group of drug-addled, edgy comedians into a painfully cliché underdog redemption plot that probably would have been improved by Gonzo and Pepe riffing some meta commentary. So whatever. They can't hurt Jim's legacy.
