Just read The Deviant (Book One) and absolutely loved it. It's a brutal Christmas slasher wrapped nicely in a blanket of mystery, crime, and suspense. Artist Joshua Hixson did amazing work on the illustrations. I need more like this. Any recommendations?

Finished #TheDeviant and I seriously have to wait for volume two… which will take forever. Well maybe, it seems like issue 9 will be released in February so I shouldn’t have to wait *too long.*
Also I still think it’s the boyfriend. His helplessness is a red herring. Creepy eyes. Sulky posture.

Realized I can’t rely on the kindle to give me a hard copy percentage so I eyeballed this.
Serial killer is a Santa Claus but either they’ve had the wrong guy for 50 years or this is a copycat. Only men. Decorated two like a Christmas tree with a bulb hanging from a nip.

I’ve also started reading #TheDeviant, a 9 issue series from @jamesthefourth.bsky.social and @imagecomics.bsky.social. It’s still unfinished, but the 9th and final issue comes out at the end of February. I’m currently on issue 2.
