Fang the Sniper/Hunter (real name Nack the Weasel) is the hotheaded leader of the Hooligans. He is a bonified bounty hunter who is greedy and mischievous, seeking to obtain valuables such as the Chaos Emeralds for monetary gain, which has often caused conflict between Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends. Fang occasionally hired by Dr. Eggman for his hunting skills, and sometimes enlists the help Bean the Dynamite and Bark the Polar Bear as members of his gang. In this reimagining, the Hooligans are a group of antiheroes working for themselves, but they do occasionally get hired by Dr. Eggman, the Black Arms, and the Zeti. His primary mode of transportation is his flying "aero bike, " the Marvelous Queen, which he is constantly modifying and upgrading. He has traded his cork pop gun for dual pistols, making him the self-proclaimed greatest marksman in the world. Which Bean and Bark sometimes give him a hard time, ne does truly care about them and sees them as a family.
Bean the Dynamite is a wacky and goofy woodpecker who specializes in bombs and other explosives. Bean is capable of throwing an endless number of bombs for defense, an ability he uses to get himself into all sorts of mischief for his amusement. He will often times work with Bark the Polar Bear and Fang the Hunter to cause trouble or when hired by Dr. Eggman on missions. Bean has the ability to summon black, round bombs from nowhere in a puff of purple smoke at will, though there is no telling where he gets them from. His explosives do not usually do much harm, though they are strong enough to knock someone off their feet and create burns. He seems to be able to summon bombs of different sizes; this, however, can backfire if the bomb is too big for him to lift. Probably his most frightening ability is that he also has control over all manner of explosives and can cause them to self-detonate on will alone. Bean is also very agile, capable of performing impressive acrobatic moves.
Bark the Polar Bear is a big and strong fight and is the muscle of the Hooligans. He is a very strong foe who specializes in punching and throwing. Bark has a quiet and gentle nature, but he ends up hanging around the wrong crowd at times. He is said to be the best snowboarder on North Island. Bark is shown to not get needlessly physical unless he is forced or provoked into, preferring instead to restrain and/or immobilize his opponents using his brute strength. When pushed over the edge, however, he becomes a wild and aggressive opponent. Despite not talking much, Bark is actually not that bad of a person. Bark possesses super strength and serves as the muscle of the Hooligans. Bark is also an expert in hand-to-hand combat. He also possesses cryomancer abilities such as having ice breath and creating ice blast out of his hands. His hobbies include making smoothies and snow cones, hiking, and fighting.
