Nutella was made with the Thermomix a while back. Dough was leftover croissant dough (not laminated) that I didn’t want to waste (long story 😅).

Tried a Cookidoo recipe (linked below, Spanish only). The rise times felt too short for me, so I extended both rises and used dry yeast instead of fresh. Skipped the egg wash and brushed with heavy cream while hot and look at that shine ✨. #bakesky #baked #thermomix
