I may have just made the most bomb ass Chilli I’ve ever made. Can’t wait for dinner tomorrow when it’s had time to settle and come together. It felt really good to finally get back in the kitchen and make something delicious.

Fire alarm went off at my workplace this evening, at 11:30pm...
We silenced it, but someone had smashed one of the sprinklers in the parking garage, so we were unable to reset the elevators until after that had been fixed.
