Ran late and opted for dinner rather than lunch.
Stewed courgette mixed w canned tuna & mornay sauce, gratin w gruyère cheese.
Looks like it was already eaten but taste was excellent!

Perfect Belgian Chardonnay!
Poached pears in syrup+ ice-cream + chantilly & quite a nice sweet white!
Massaged cabbage and cooked carrot salad with lemon vinaigrette and mixed herbs. Braised chicken thighs with cinnamon, cumin and ginger, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes and apricots. Served with rice. 🍜🍽️ #Thursdaydinner #foodsky #dinnersky
