quickly! The concert SOLD OUT in 15 mins during the PREsale and yet, you could get them on resale sites. This should be ILLEGAL. I got ZERO TICKETS during the presale because of the secondhand resellers/poachers.

This is unfair, misleading, and looks like a scam. Under UK consumer law, gift cards should not just vanish. I expect Ticketmaster to reinstate the funds immediately. #ConsumerRights #Ticketmaster #Ticketmasterscam
