#tilingtuesday I thought this would be a pain to do but it worked out ok. Still, a lot of effort. I started off using https://tiled.art/ but once I'd made a good enough path I extracted it and switched to #p5js; probably a mistake, the code is horrible

There are 22 ways to connect two half-weight cells to a tromino. To get a proper generalized tiling where all cells have weight 1, the half-weight cells must overlap. Here they are tiling a 11×8 rectangle such that that the overlaps form a single loop. #TilingTuesday
Abstract pixel art quilt made from a mosaic of small blocks of a pixel art image. The patterns are in shades of blue, sea green and light green.
Experiment - Using aseprite's tilemap editor, I popped in an old artwork and broke it down into 16x16 px tiles. I then combined these small tiles (with reflections/rotations) into larger 4x4 tiles to make a patchwork quilt!
