今日の朝食

メゾンカイザーのトゥルト。
厚めに切って冷凍してたので、弱火で8分ほどリベイク。
ほどよいモチモチ感、うっすら酸味のあるパンですね。

せっかく寄ったので、バゲットともうひとつ、トゥルトも買ってきました。
とにかく大きい。
買ったのは4分の1カットですが、ホールを見てみたかったです。

中は水分な多くてムチムチ食感、イースト菌じゃなく酵母で膨らませてるので、ドイツパンのような酸味を感じます。

メゾンカイザーって、オリジナルはパリにあるエリックカイザー、日本法人の社長は木村屋総本店の創業家の方なんだそうです。
