Since I ended up opening the clear parts, I decided to try them out.
The parts had no warping and fit with no problems at all. Which is weird, because the color and clear parts are the same. Same amount too.

I ended up using one of the machine cannon covers from the clear armor variant.
Here it is completed.
It looks good, as long as you ignore the warped chest. I really had to force that part on there.

I decided to use heat forming to fix the parts. It helped but I ended up going too far on one of the covers for the machine cannons and ruined it.

There were multiple warped and stressed parts. This is due to a mix of quality control and the parts being stuffed into a capsule.
