On February 24, 1966, the night before the opening of Bloor-Danforth subway, PCC 4469 pauses at Jane Loop. The next day, the route would be shortened from Luttrell loop all the way back to Keele.

TTC H1 car 5496 was experimentally repainted in Gloucester red, as seen here in Greenwood Shops.
The experiment didn't pan out, however, and the car was soon returned to its bare-metal appearance.
