I started with #TravisCI, which was free for open source, later #CircleCI, now more Github Actions (M$). All commercial companies benefit immensely from open source software development, so it is sensible that they give back with CI compute. 2/8

why is it that every CI platform like @travisci and @semaphoreci only use ubuntu 14.04? i'm not trying to whine or anything, but...it's like 2018. and #travisci...locking comments on an issue isn't really listening to the main audience who actually _wants_ to use your service.
