À Tresses, près de Bordeaux, une pollution grave se cache depuis plus de dix ans. Le 15 octobre, la cour d’appel de Bordeaux a condamné le garage automobile Da Silva pour avoir déversé hydrocarbures, métaux lourds et bactéries fécales dans les sols et les eaux. Une pollution lourde, qui menace directement une nappe phréatique stratégique, potentielle source d’eau potable pour l’agglomération bordelaise. Sur place, des familles ont cultivé des légumes sur des sols contaminés. Des analyses indépendantes révèlent des concentrations de substances cancérogènes très supérieures aux normes. Depuis 2012, les alertes se multiplient : riverains, associations, syndicats de l’eau et services de l’État. Mais Christian Soubie, maire de Tresses et directeur du centre hospitalier de Libourne, n’a jamais activé ses pouvoirs de police administrative. Ni contrôle, ni fermeture administrative, ni information des habitants. Pire : les faits ont été minimisés, les victimes renvoyées vers une « conciliation de voisinage », alors même que le risque sanitaire est documenté. La commune, pourtant reconnue victime, ne se constitue même pas partie civile. Face à ce cette défaillance de l’action publique, l’association AC!! Anti-Corruption a déposé plainte contre X le 26 novembre 2025. Elle vise des infractions environnementales, une mise en danger de la vie d’autrui, et une abstention fautive. Interrogée par Blast, la municipalité se retranche derrière une formule désormais classique : elle « refuse de commenter une affaire judiciaire en cours ».
