#TuesdayRun: a lovely sunny evening to do a little bumpy route - oh look ‘Heartbreak Hill’ to finish off with. 4 smaller gps out covering a similar run route; Laura & Kevin, Hilary & Adam, Suzanne & Kirsty and Tre with me.
#TuesdayRun: Later gp run for Kirsty & Angelita tonight. Slightly shorter distance but an increased pace for them. Added a few bumpy bits to ensure they worked harder than usual.

#TuesdayRun: nice easy paced run around a local routes. Went looking for Christmas Lights but not many tonight. Awesome running by Linda, Suzanne, Tre, Karen & Angelita (covering between 5km-6km distance).
