My grape plant is about 22 y/o and most of the summer it is green, and gets purple grapes in the fall. Uba-Verde, which is Spanish for green grape, looks really different from this painting of it.
This is a more realistic photo of Uba-Verde. In this photo, the vine was producing a prolific amount of fruit. About a month later, the green grapes would turn purple. Sometimes, I say sometimes, I make a concord grape pie with them; otherwise, the robins and deer eat them while pooping grape-poop everywhere around the plant.
