UNC System suspends required DEI courses in compliance with Trump executive order In compliance with a new UNC System Board of Governors memorandum, public North Carolina universities must remove all course credit requirements related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

The #UNCSystem issued a mandate to all #UNC schools to suspend all gen ed and major requirements for courses related to DEI. Students enrolled in now-suspended courses can choose to stay or drop out. It's the middle of the semester. Pal teaching Feminist Poli Theory says her class will be suspended
