Robot guide dog among AI technology shown at conference for visually impaired Robbie the robot guide dog met his canine counterpart Peggy at RNIB Scotland’s Inclusive Design for Sustainability Conference in Glasgow.

Great work by Uni of Glasgow & partners. A key aspect is the robot "platform" uses the low cost Unitree Go at just $5k per unit. Although hard ro put a price on the "embodied" #AI and engineering expertise that's been literally "added on top" with cameras, LiDAR etc. #UoG news.stv.tv/west-central...
