Unknown Number on Netflix was disturbing.

Okay, so now I've seen #UnknownNumberNetflix & I just... will there be a sequel that actually tries to delve into the WHY? I feel like it was presented so much as a whodunit but actually should've given us the "who" by 20 minutes in & spent the rest of the time digging into that. BECAUSE WHAT???!!!
