Virginia's Speaker of the House said he was 'barred' from speaking at Virginia Beach high school event Delegate Don Scott said First Colonial High School told his law partner Scott was not vetted by the school and that parents hadn't been notified he would speak.

Thousands of staff hours, caution tape placed over sections in libraries so students couldn't check out books and this is what they found, the irony. What a waste of time and resources. LMS's could have been teaching lessons to classes. Instead, they had go through every book. #vbcps
