JYP, 비춰 케이지와 상호 합의…학대 주장 소송 종결 #비춰 #케이지 #JYP #KG #VCHA JYP가 미국 걸그룹 '비춰'(VCHA) 멤버 KG와 전속계약 해지를 선택했다. 8일 JYP엔터테인먼트는 공식 보도자료를 통해 "JYP America와 KG Crown은 VCHA 멤버로서의 기존 계약을 종료하는 것에 대해 원만히 상호 합의했다"고 밝혔다. 이어 "서로의 미래를 응원하기로 했다"고 전했다. 케이지 SNS 걸그룹 비처는 JYP가 미국 유니버설 뮤직 산하 리퍼블릭 레코드가 협업해 탄생했다. 그러나 지난해 12월 멤버 KG가 계약 해지 및 소송을 시작하며 논란이 시작됐다. 당시 KG는 SNS를 통해 부당한 대우를 받았고, 정신 건강에 적합하지 않은 환경에서 일해야 했다고 주장했다. 이와 관련해 JYP 아메리카 측은 "허위 및 과장된 내용을 외부에 일방적으로 공표, 소송이라는 방식을 택한 점에 대해 유감스럽게 생각한다"는 입장을 전했다. 최근 JYP는 비춰의 팀명을 '걸셋'으로 변경했다. 케이지에 이어 케일리도 탈퇴를 선택하며 렉시, 카밀라, 켄달, 사바나가 팀을 구성하고 있다.
