A tale of gas and dust nebulae #Pacman and #vdB152 / #B175 reflection/dark neb. Under 60 mins exposure as usual so while they should be all-night sessions, they give you the basics! Pacman is all flash and bang but I was intrigued by the Bok glob in B175 #astro #EAA #astronomy

A stunning deep-space image of the faint reflection nebula VdB 152 (Ced 201), nicknamed the "dusty curtain" or "ghostly apparition," in the constellation Cepheus. Located nearly 1,400 light-years away, this nebula shows a bluish hue from scattered starlight and a reddish luminescence caused by ultraviolet radiation. The image spans about 7 light-years and reveals a rich background of stars within the Milky Way.
