Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2025 Results Velocity Financial (NYSE: VEL) reported strong fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results with 4Q25 net income of $34.8M (up 69%) and full-year net income of $105.1M (up 53.5% YoY).Key drivers were record loan production of $634.6M in 4Q25, higher portfolio NII, fair value gains and a $13.4M tax‑effected gain on NPL sales. Capital actions included two securitizations totaling $646.3M and diluted book value per share rose to $17.19 at year‑end.

Key preliminary 2025 highlights: net income at least $105.0M (+53% YoY), GAAP EPS at least $2.75 (+35% YoY), total loan originations ~$2,716M (+48% YoY), and total portfolio loan UPB ~$6,491M (+28% YoY). Q4 net income of at least $35M (+70%) and GAAP EPS at least $0.90 (+56%). Portfolio NIM was ~3.55% in Q4 and ~3.57% for the year. Nonperforming loans projected at 8.5%–8.6% of UPB versus 10.7% a year earlier. Results are preliminary and subject to year-end closing and audit; audited results expected March 11, 2026 after market close.
