Prior to the vid, a middle school aged student biked past us on the sidewalk.
The vehicles in the distance felt like they were going well over 30mph closer to 45 maybe even 50mph.
@DenverDOTI, please add radar speed limit signs along E6thAve & @DenverPolice, please dispatch a photo radar enforcement unit to the area of 6th at Garfield.

The mid-block 🚸 design in @CityofDenver is NOT ADA-Compliant b/c it doesn't get cleared of snow & ice in the Winter.

Obvious to me that any bike or scooter rider would have been killed had they been traveling the route at the time of the crashes.
Precisely why I advocate for Neighborhood Bikeways that divert traffic off of the route that connect to protected routes.

The E 12th Ave #BikeDen D10 route everyone.
The only way for this to have happened would involve a motorist crossing the center line & then thru the bike lane.
Would have hit a cyclist head on had one been there at the time.
