Conservatives assumption of $50B in revenue is a fiscally sound. Haven’t taken into account the current risk.
In a global economy, to not be aware of current risk is a substantial weakness.

We get voter registration cards sent to us starting at the age of 18. Then we get a pamphlet in the mail with STEP BY STEP instructions.
