IWMI and the Jordan Valley Authority have signed an agreement in Amman to adopt a #WaPOR-based digital tool to improve irrigation performance in the Northern Jordan Valley. Developed with @fao.org, the tool supports data-driven irrigation planning and Jordan’s digital transition.
Yesterday, IWMI & Jordan Valley Authority (JVA) held a stakeholder workshop in Amman to chart the scaling of the #IPADT tool under the FAO #WaPOR Program.
Partners discussed policy needs, capacity gaps & digital pathways for smarter irrigation in Jordan.
