For me, Nick McIlwain leaving is just as profound a loss as Kathy leaving. Most family units, blood or otherwise, can't stay together for 5 years, let alone 21 years. They are family and it always hurts when it starts to break off. But when the hurt clears, all of those memories live on. #WMMR
