The cat came in and woke me up at 2am, tried to get back to sleep,2:30 am still up. 2:45 F*ck it, I'm off to #Watopia. At least I finished the route before I HAD to wake up. Completed the route and workout of the week as a bonus.

I really like working the day shift after 9 years of overnights. 3rd night straight of #zwift after dinner. The sand and sequoias route reminds me of the terrain when I used to commute at my old job. Splitting ERG/free ride/ ERG mode keeps it exciting. #Watopia

Zwift - Group Workout: Climb On - Lite on Triple Twist in Watopia. As far as Zwift workouts go this was really good for a 32 minute effort. Ended up doing 10.9 miles with 500 feet of elevation and burning 400 calories.
