The #WeCanWork programme, a partnership of Light for the World, Mastercard Foundation, African Disability Forum, and Crosswise Works, targets to promote economic #Inclusion of young people with disabilities through upskilling on core life skills, youth-led advocacy and peer-to-peer support.

Through the #WeCanWork programme, Light for the World provides advisory services and user-friendly tools to support #YoungAfricaWorks Partners in achieving their #DisabilityInclusion goals meaningfully.
As part of #WeCanWork, the partners underwent disability awareness training on the principles of disability-inclusive programming and how #YoungAfricaWorks partners can intentionally integrate #disability inclusion into their interventions and organisational systems and processes.
