Shows a map of North America and the shear winds in the upper troposphere which are extreme in wide arc across eastern North America ranging from Canada to Florida
We observe a intensification of low and high pressure systems on a seasonal, regional level or event based.
And the larger and powerful these systems get the more abnormal air movements they cause which then disturb/intensify/suppress/reroute other circulation patterns.
This system becomes now fast more chaotic...
Sadly, more people do not understand what non-linear means in its most basis form: things can now very fast further escalate...
Nice example of how large these systems now get on a regular basis
Here the recent storm front across the eastern US driven by a exceptional large low pressure system.
