The Duomo of Pisa is in laid out in the form of a cross with the dome over the point where the two parts of the cross meet. The whole front is made of 5 arches with three green doors. Above are four floors of pillars, all in white stone. The leaning of Tower of Pisa appears in far right hand side behind the Duomo.

The photo is predominantly of the Duomo of Pisa with the more famous leaning tower of Pisa looking like it is photobombing the duomo.

Michaelangelo’s David statue is sculptured from light grey marble. It depicts a man standing pensively without clothes and left arm bent and hand just below and away from the chin. It stands in a curved alcove on a large pedestal.

I find it ironic that it depicts the smaller character from the bible’s David vs Goliath and yet is so large.

The Duomo Di Firenze (Duomo of Florence) as viewed from the top of one of the bell towers. The dome is a curved roof in 6 sections of red tile separated by white lines. The city stretches away also in red tiled too es to the green hills around Florence.

Teatro La Fenice is a historic opera house in Venice, Italy and is one of "the most famous and renowned landmarks in the history of Italian theatre"
I have attended the Opera there many times and enjoy soaking up the stunning interior beauty before the Opera begins.

A set of tan piers jut into Lake Como, Italy. Along each pier are pillars striped blue and white with little caps on top. There is a beautiful all wooden motor boat docked at the middle pier with a man in a t-shirt next to it. The water is blue and lightly rippled, stretching out toward tree-lined shores and climbing hills. Above the scene is a clear bright blue sky broken only by puffy clouds along the hillside in the distance.
